Activity 8 is about using the song maker on chrome music lab to make a song that reminds you of Matariki. This is a celebration tune. A bit tribal. After that you have to use screencastify to record your work.

What is Activity 6 about?
Activity 6 is about creating a google drawing for the winter destination that I want to go.
What winter destination did you pick?
For my winter destination I picked Kazakhstan.
Where is Kazakhstan?
This central Asian country has a continental climate with an average temperature of 3.2 degrees Fahrenheit.
When did you start doing this?
I started researching about Kazakhstan yesterday.
Is this activity fun?
Yes. Travelling is always fun especially meeting the people.
How long did it take you to do this?
It took me about 30 minutes.
Did you start doing this only today?: Yes.

No, I did it all by myself.

I am doing Activity 2 for the Winter Learning Journey.
What is Activity 2 about?
Activity 2 is about taking a photo of yourself and label of what you are wearing and put it on a google drawing.
Why did you pick Activity 2?
I picked Activity 2 because I am in hot and sunny Malaysia and all my winter clothes are in Christchurch. The daily temperature here is above 32 degrees Celsius and it is less then 5 degrees Celsius in Christchurch.
What do you wear in this weather?
A light and colourful t-shirt and my soft white long pants.

On this blog I am doing my Winter Learning Journey 2023. This will be my first activity.
Which activity are you doing?
Number 3-pick a warm place to travel to.
Why did you pick number 3?
I picked number 3 because I found it really interesting to do and I have travelled to a warm place recently and I am still here in sunny Malaysia.
What is activity number 3 about?
Activity Number 3 is about finding a warm place to stay and to find 3 activities to do there and I have to put it in a brochure.
What is the warm place that you pick?
For the warm place I picked Malaysia.
Why did you pick Malaysia?
I picked Malaysia because if you have not been to Malaysia, there is a lot more people than New Zealand and there’s a lot of fun things to do there.

When was your Grandma’s birthday party? Saturday 1 July 2023.
Did you say grace and prayer?: Yes, in front of everyone.
Did you enjoy it?: Yes, a lot.
Who went to your Grandma’s birthday party?: So many aunties,uncles and cousins.
Where did you have your Grandma’s birthday at?: Magic Wok Restaurant.

What did you eat?: A lot of amazing food.
How old is your Grandma now?: 85 Year old.
What time did the party start and end? It started at 6:00 p.m. and finished at 10:00 p.m.

Hello all,
How many flights did you take to get to Malaysia?: I took 3 flights in 26 hours.
Why 3 flights?: 3 flights because
1. From Christchurch to Auckland,
2. From Auckland to Singapore and
3. From Singapore to Malaysia.
Was the flights fun?: Yes, it was a lot of fun. The on flight entertainment was awesome. I got to watch as many movies and play as many games as I liked.
How long did the flights take?: The 1st flight was 1.5 hours, the 2nd flight took 10.5 hours and the 3rd flight took 1 hour.
Who was with you?: My mum,my dad and my brother.
Which flight did you like the most and why?: I really liked the 3rd flight because it had in flight entertainment and we can order any snacks and drinks.
What do you miss most in Malaysia and why?: My family because they care and love me a lot and they feed me everyday.
Do you miss your old school in Malaysia?: Yes, because I have a lot of memories in my old school and I have a lot of kind friends.
